Time:2017-09-18

In order to reduce production waste, improve work efficiency and enhance the company's marketing image, Precisioner introduced the 5S methodology and set up a "5S Implementation Group" in Sep. 2016. The general manager is the commander in chief and the administration department is responsible for the overall supervision and implementation. We also assign the department managers as the 5S regional leader. From top to bottom, "5S Implementation Group" covers all the key points of the company's main departments to ensure the smooth progress of 5S methodology.

5S methodology is the name of a workplace organization method that uses a list of five Japanese words: seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, and shitsuke. Transliterated into Roman script, they all start with the letter "S". It is an advanced management model derived from Japan.

After months’ work, Precisioner has made significant improvement. Precisioner Team members have formed a good working habits to keep production o-site clean and tidy, which not only reduces the security risks, smooth the working process, improve the production efficiency, but also comprehensively enhance the level of company management and Precisioner image.

5S methodology is not a one-time job. To further achieve total quality management, become the world's leading die-casting mold manufacturing enterprises, we will keep the 5S spirit, regularly audit and continuously improve the on-site environmental quality.
