The general manager is the commander in chief and the administration department is responsible for the overall supervision and implementation. We also assign the department managers as the 5S regional leader. From top to bottom, "5S Implementation Group" covers all the key points of the company's main departments to ensure the smooth progress of 5S methodology.

5S methodology is the name of a workplace organization method that uses a list of five Japanese words: seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, and shitsuke. Transliterated into Roman script, they all start with the letter "S". It is an advanced management model derived from Japan.
