It is reported that the "Tooling China 2023" conference successfully concluded in Shanghai from November 30th to December 1st. The conference was organized by the State Key Laboratory of Advanced Special Steel (Shanghai University), jointly established by Shangda Xinlun Material Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Shijin New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. With a focus on "advanced manufacturing and application technologies in tooling and mold," this conference linked with the International Tooling 2022 Conference, discussing new developments in industry technology from both domestic and international perspectives. The event aimed to promote the rapid and high-quality development of the tooling and mold industry and China's manufacturing industry through collaborative efforts.

China serves as the global manufacturing center, and industrial transformation, upgrading, and innovation are the current trends. Traditional manufacturing is transitioning toward precision manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing, and service-oriented manufacturing. Simultaneously, this shift demands more stringent requirements in terms of accuracy, service life, and technical services for tooling and molds. Precisioner provides comprehensive solutions for the design and manufacturing of die casting molds for aluminum, magnesium, and zinc alloys. We are in line with the technological transformation and development trends of the era and attach great importance to the technical research of mold quality. Therefore, we actively establish our steel material laboratory and a 6600-ton mold production line. In July 2022, Precisioner officially obtained laboratory accreditation through the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). The accredited testing capabilities of Precisioner's laboratory cover steel materials, metal components, aluminum alloys, zinc alloys, magnesium alloys, steels, and alloys.
