On August 29, Precisioner hosted a closing ceremony at its Dongguan plant to celebrate the successful completion of its 2026 Summer Internship Program. Running throughout July and August, the program welcomed five interns — all children of company employees — for nearly two months of immersive, hands-on experience in die-casting manufacturing operations.
Precisioner designed a comprehensive training curriculum spanning its Manufacturing Center, Technology Center, and Supply Chain Center. Interns rotated through practical modules including assembly operations, die trial, mechanical principles coursework, CAD drafting assignments, and production data analysis. Over the course of the program, participants stepped beyond the classroom and onto the manufacturing shop floor, gaining firsthand exposure to real-world die-casting production.
At the closing ceremony, each intern shared personal reflections, expressing gratitude for the hands-on opportunity and the mentorship provided by senior technicians. One intern remarked: “In the die-casting industry, there is no room for ‘close enough.’ The dimensional accuracy of every component directly determines the quality of the finished product. This experience showed me that precision manufacturing leaves no margin for error.” Interns noted the tangible gap between theoretical study and practical application, emphasizing the need for diligence and a grounded work ethic as they map out their academic and career paths.
Department managers Liao Xiaoping and Chen Lihuan commended the interns for their resilience and inquisitiveness, encouraging them to build their capabilities, step outside their comfort zones, and begin career planning early. Both managers extended a warm invitation for the interns to return to Precisioner after graduation. Lead mentor Zou Wenyu praised the program as exceeding expectations and expressed hope for expanding the internship in future cohorts, fostering intergenerational knowledge transfer in the manufacturing sector.
The ceremony concluded with the presentation of internship certificates and company commemorative gifts. Precisioner remains committed to building platforms for young talent, carrying forward its “Precisioner Next Generation” cultural initiative, and cultivating a pipeline of future professionals for the die-casting industry.
