Lead: On the occasion of the 7th anniversary of foundation of the company on Jul. 11, Precisioner held the meeting in Grand Skylight International Hotel Guanlan with the attendance of personnel at the manager level or above and jointly discussed Precisioner’s business strategy. (Jul. 12 is the anniversary date of our foundation).
At 14:00-18:30 on Jul. 11, 2016, Precisioner held its 7th anniversary of foundation and annual meeting of department manager in Grand Skylight International Hotel Guanlan, with 16 persons including General Manager Office members and all department managers in the meeting.
The meeting was presided over by the general manager Chi Yongli. Mr. Chi led the participants to jointly make the management principle analysis on the pattern around the main clue -the analysis on die-casting mold industry → Precisioner DNA→organizational construction →driving system →operation system →management system.
Mr. Chi emphasized that the department managers are not only the performer of superior instruction, but also shall work with their own ideas, gives full play to the subjective initiative, shoulders the department business and management really, and shoulders Precisioner’s operation and management and make concerted efforts to create the future together, and share the achievements as well as realize our life value.
In the end, Mr. Chi awarded all personnel at the manager level and vice president level the letter of appointment and took the group photo.

On the occasion of the 6th anniversary of our foundation on Jul. 12, 2015, Precisioner held the celebration meeting with all the staff attending in Hotel Good View Sangem Dongguan, and Mr. Chi delivered the keynote speech.
The meeting reviewed the development course in the past six years, and first released Precisioner's vision, mission and value and thirty-year strategic planning. The idea of "begin with the end in mind" explained the management system implemented currently.
On the occasion of the 5th anniversary of our foundation on July. 11, 2014, Precisioner held the celebration dinner party with the participation of all the staff in Hongfulou Restaurant Guanlan. The scene of four founders cutting cake jointly was the climax of the site atmosphere.
