Lead: In December 2017, our general manager Mr. Chi came back to his alma mater- Shaanxi National Defense Industry Vocational and Technical College, discussing the cultivation and corporation plan of mold talent.

On the symposium organized by the college, Chi Yongli, the general manager of our company, made a brief introduction of Shenzhen Precisioner Diecasting Mold Co., Ltd and the cultivation and corporation plan of mold talent, as well as a detailed account of graduates' salary treatment, employment arrangements and training process. We would like to create a pattern which will enlarge enterprise talent recruitment, promote university enrollment and employment and help students get good jobs in the meantime, which leads to a tripartite win-win situation.

This plan was started by the Alumni Association. With the great support of the university, the symposium creates a positive interaction between enterprise and university. “Being trained during the school period will not only shorten the internship period, but quickly adapt to the future job and get better experience and payoff than others. It’s really a good choice.”  A student said after the symposium.

Notes: Besides Shaanxi National Defense Industry Vocational and Technical College, general manager Mr. Chi and HR Mr. Qiang also went to Nanning city in Guangxi province to have a conversation of the cultivation and corporation plan of mold talent with the Guangxi Mechanical and Electrical Technology.
